Helen Emms, a qualified psychologist, MBA and Sports Mental Game Coaching Professional, is the lead coach for Aspirations Realised. She is a Certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Clinical Hypnotherapist. She is a member of the British Psychological Society and the British Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy. She is also a low single figure handicap golfer!

20 years working as a personal coach in the sports and business environment. Helen has undertaken research into the impact of visual imagery in learning putting in golf and a range of projects investigating the impact of environmental factors on perception and behaviour. As a Mental Game Coach and NLP Trainer Helen works with professional and amateur sports players who want that edge for their performance. She also trains and provides personal transformation coaching for business professionals who want to really make a difference to their lives and achieve a competitive edge.
